Yes. For the Official Export route, your file is parsed entirely in your browser and never uploaded. For Self-Summary, only the answer you paste is structured — PII (emails, phone numbers, names) is automatically redacted before anything is stored, and we never store your raw conversations. The Data Request route generates a letter you send yourself; we never email on your behalf.
Never. There is no OAuth, no scraping, and no password entry anywhere in Pure Migrate. You always move your own data — by pasting a summary, uploading your own export, or sending your own data request.
